From a day at the races to a festival weekend Warehouse have got you covered. With Coachella kicking off the festival season now is the perfect time to talk floral playsuits, wellies (or rain boots for our friends on the other side of the pond) and for the not so girly girls -leather. We’ve hit up Princes Mall Warehouse store to get the down low on all things summer from our super hot sales assistant Kayleigh Beuzelin. She was even kind enough to model her favorite festival look and boy is she rocking it…

What are your key pieces this season?
Our basic floral T-shirts are doing really well, they’re so easy just to throw on with a pair of jeans and to dress up with a pair of wedges – ideal when you get that unexpected call from a friend for spontaneous night out! Some have got a Japanese style print going through them, others just some simple detail going up the back, perfect for jazzing up a pair of skinnies. This season it’s all very floral and girly so if that’s not your thing you might want to come back out in December!
What are your favorite pieces for this season?
I love the Geo Floral Blouse, I’ve just bought it and it’s gorgeous on; I teamed it with a pair of jeans and wedges to work the other day. The jumpsuits this season are quite big and of course the co-ordinates, both still in keeping with the floral print. I love the coordinates I think they’re great together but if mathy matchy isn’t your thing teaming the skirt with a plain tank or basic crop T gives it a more casual look.
What pierces are you trying to push this season?
Our spotlight dresses are perfect for a day at the races; I know I’ll have mine on for Ladies Day at Musselburgh Racecourse! Even for a summer wedding this collection is ideal.
So it looks like it’s all about florals, is there anything for our not so girly girls?
If you don’t like florals or the girly girly look you can just chuck on a leather jacket or pair of leather boots which can really toughen up a look. You don’t want to look too innocent with all these florals!
With festival season about to kick off here in Scotland what would be your perfect festival look?
This smudgy floral playsuit, a pair of buckled ankle boots and a denim jacket would look cute, we don’t have any in here but a fedora would finish off the look perfectly.
Sounds good! Where do you get your style inspiration?
I’m such a people watcher so most my inspiration comes from people off the street. My husband knows when we go to a restaurant I’ll be in the seat facing everyone. And I’m not shy so I’ve got no problem asking someone where they got their top from. If anyone the girls in here are my style icons!
Can you give us any unusual styling tips?
I love to mix up looks, opposites attract so don’t be scared to mix up a girly floral look with a touch of leather grunge.
